Patricia wouldn’t call herself a fast-riser. She started at the company as a “calculator operator” in the Operations Accounting area, and has stayed in accounting-related functions as she progressed over the years through a series of more challenging and responsible jobs. Today as a senior manager, she feels like she has a rock solid foundation of skills and knowledge to do her job.

While she’s done some traveling, Patricia has developed her global perspective on things “…mostly through e-mail and phone calls with international associates. We work together as a global team.”
