Canton is too big to be called "a company town," but since the company's been in Canton for nearly 100 years and is one of the top employers, everyone definitely knows Timken. Like most employees, Faith is proud to tell people that she's a Timken associate.

It is common knowledge in the surrounding community that if you are chosen to work at Timken, then you must be a cut above the rest. It really does make you proud to be a Timken associate."

Faith is also proud of the fact that her job puts her in regular contact with customers and Timken associates around the world. "When we had guests from Brazil, I was asked to be their host. It was so interesting exchanging information about our different cultures. I’m really looking forward to opportunities to travel around the world."
