Lean Six Sigma Expert

Amanda is working to eliminate defects in Timken^® products and processes. It's a tall order, but as one of the company's Lean Six Sigma experts, she is helping reduce costs and improve customer service at The Timken Company. 

"I'm helping introduce a new approach at Timken, serving as an agent for change throughout the company. I guide project teams through the Lean Six Sigma process, helping them identify improvement opportunities and training them to apply Lean Six Sigma methodology to their daily work." 

In her four years with the company, Amanda has traveled around the U.S. and internationally and has worked with associates from around the world. "I've enjoyed the opportunity to travel and be exposed to other cultures and different ways to approach problems and achieve corporate success."
