Masters in Organizational Science, Business, or Industrial Administration with
a technical undergraduate degree preferred. Advanced degree graduates
with non-technical undergraduate degrees and relevant business backgrounds
will also be considered.

Career Development
The Senior Bearing or Steel Business Analyst will be introduced
to all phases of manufacturing processes and support functions.
When this orientation period is complete, the Senior Bearing or
Steel Business Analyst will be expected to initiate, develop and
manage projects in the areas of his or her interest and background
such as Manufacturing, Strategic Management, Business Economics,
Technology, and Marketing. Familiarization with specific equipment
operation and production processes is typically provided through
a temporary assignment in plant supervision. The Senior Bearing
or Steel Business Analyst will be exposed to all levels of management
throughout our Company. In 12 to 24 months, the Senior Bearing or
Steel Business Analyst will be promoted to a management or senior
professional position. Successful development and performance should
equate with advancement to middle and executive management. Actual
career paths are dependent upon an individual's educational background,
prior experience, performance on the job, specific interests, and
the business needs.
