How do you identify and develop competencies?

Periodically, the company provides associates with the opportunity to complete special assessment instruments designed to assess Timken competencies. This assessment involves feedback about your job performance from your supervisor and/or peers and subordinates. Your supervisor will work with you to identify strengths and weaknesses and formulate an action plan to address opportunities for improvement.
