Bardella Timken Industrial Services, a joint venture of The Timken Company and Bardella, provides industrial services to the steel and aluminum industries in Brazil.
Bardella Timken Industrial Services provides repair and engineering services for a variety of rolling mill components, including bearings, chocks, rolls, mandrels, reels, coilers, and gear and pinion boxes. It also offers overhead crane maintenance services as well as contract operation of mill roll maintenance shops. The venture is located in Guarulhos, near Sao Paulo, at an existing facility owned by Bardella.

Having successfully operated its own rolling mills for many years, Timken has in-depth knowledge of the mill environment and proven experience in identifying and analyzing problems and developing technical solutions that reduce costs and improve mill performance. The company’s experience with engineered components, applications, technical problem solving and maintenance in rolling mills, combined with Bardella's leadership in building and installing industrial equipment allows mill operators to save significant costs by extending the life of their technical components and improving mill uptime and performance.

Headquartered in Sao Paulo, Bardella serves the steel, aluminum, hydroelectric power and mining industries with industrial equipment manufacturing, site erection and installation services, including turnkey operations.
